What is the typical lead time for custom gear?
Most of our ultralight gear is handcrafted in the USA. Standard items typically ship within 1-3 business days, while custom or out-of-stock items may take 2-4 weeks for production.
How do I determine the correct size for apparel and backpacks?
We provide detailed sizing charts and measurement videos on every product page. For backpacks, focus on your torso length rather than total height to ensure the load lifters function correctly.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our high-performance gear worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and weight of the order.
What is your return policy for worn items?
We accept returns on new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, apparel that has been worn on-trail cannot be returned.
How should I clean and maintain my Dyneema® products?
We recommend hand washing with a mild soap and air drying. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat and agitation can damage the specialized fibers and waterproof membranes.
Does Zpacks gear come with a warranty?
All Zpacks products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
